JOIN the Cape Land Rover Club

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for Membership/Renewal of Membership of the Cape Land Rover Club (the CLRC). I acknowledge that participation by myself in or attendance at Club outings, competitions or events of whatsoever nature or form and wheresoever and howsoever held will solely be at my own risk. I hereby indemnify and hold free of blame the CLRC, it's officials or members, for all or any injuries or damages that I or any of my family or passengers may sustain while participating in or attending such outings, competitions or events whether such damage or injury arises by reason of the negligence, gross or otherwise, of the CLRC or it's officials or members howsoever and wheresoever arising.

I accept liability for all or any actions of myself and/or of the passengers of my vehicle for any injury or damage sustained by others arising out of the negligence of myself and/or any of my passengers whether they be in, on or out of the vehicle at the time such injury or damage is sustained.
